Ren's Pet Depot
When it came to designing this project, the client required a high building to accommodate warehouse racking as well as a mezzanine in the front end of the building for offices and a boardroom. The aesthetics were enhanced with a front entrance canopy that wrapped around the corner as well as a cupola at the peak to match their existing buildings on the property. At the back of the main building Braemar incorporated a smaller loading dock building for truck to load and unload at.

Office & Shop Combination
When this customer approached Braemar they needed both office space and a shop to work on equipment and store items out of the weather. We came up with an office design that met their needs allowing them to use some brick accents and custom entranceway. The shop portion required a higher eave height to allow for equipment to be parked inside. The bright roof and trims along with the attractive overhangs make this building stand out among the rest.

Bobcat of Hamilton
This project has many unique features able to be accomplished with a Pre-Engineered steel building. The parapet wall hides the roof slope on the roadside of this building then incorporates a custom color hidden fastener panel to catch the eye. The clever use of a bump out entrance canopy and brickwork all lend to the aesthetics of this project.
